Best UGC Agencies in 2026: 8 Options Compared by Budget and Goal
An honest comparison of UGC agencies and platforms in 2026: who they fit, what they do and how they price. Written by a UGC agency, so I say where I fit too.
Full disclosure: I run a UGC agency, OKAD, and it’s on this list. I’ve tried to make the list useful anyway: each option fits a different budget and goal, and for some brands one of the others will be the better pick.
Quick comparison
| Agency / platform | Type | Best for | Testing after launch |

1. OKAD
Video ad creative testing for e-commerce and apps. Research, scripts, 600+ vetted creators, native editing, and a look at the numbers after every batch. You can start without a call: 10 ready-to-run videos and a testing plan for $500 in 5 business days. Monthly plans from $2,500.
Proof: for a consumer AI app I made 160+ ads in four months, with cost per customer 35% below the account average (case). For ZenToes, a Walmart launch batch built from existing footage with zero new shoots (case).
Pick OKAD if you want someone who owns the testing, not just the filming. How I work.

How to choose a UGC agency
- Ask who writes the scripts. If the answer is “the creator”, you are buying footage, not ads.
- Ask what happens after launch. A good agency reads hook rate, CTR and CPA and changes the next batch.
- Ask for hook variations. 3 to 5 per video should be standard.
- Check usage rights. Paid ad usage and its length should be in the price.
- Start small. A first batch of 10 shows more than any sales call.
- Look at cases with numbers, not just a reel of nice videos.

What does a UGC agency do?

Agency or marketplace?
A marketplace is cheaper if you have your own strategy and editing. An agency saves time and usually gets more winners per dollar.
