Five brands. Zero new shoots.
Every brand that has run ads for a year has a folder of creator videos nobody touches anymore. I take that folder and cut new ads from it: new hooks, new structure, new sound. These five brands got about 80 fresh ads without booking a single creator.
The footage is fine. The ad is tired.
An ad stops working long before the footage does. People have seen the first three seconds, not the creator. Change the hook, the order and the sound, and the same person can sell again. It takes days instead of weeks and costs a fraction of a new shoot.
What's in the folder
I watch everything, mark the strongest moments and find the creators who already appear in the brand's winning ads.
New hook, new order
A new first line on screen, a different story order, a fresh voiceover when the original audio doesn't fit.
Built for testing
Several versions of each idea, cut to the length and size each platform wants.
Fifteen ads, five formats.
Breakout + Aid sells microneedle dots and collagen masks. They had UGC from six creators and footage from their store launch. I sorted it into five formats and cut 15 ads, most with no text at all, because skincare sells on texture and result.
From the client"Love the playfulness of the music for ASMR." "This one is my favourite."
- Sizzle reel, fast cuts across several creators
- Before and after, one creator, one result
- ASMR, close sound of the patch and the mask
- Store launch, the product on real shelves
- How it's made, footage from production

Winning faces, new words.
The brand's best ads kept featuring the same 22 creators. Instead of finding new ones, I wrote 24 new scripts and laid them over the footage that already worked. Each script was cut for this app and for its sister app, 48 videos in the plan. Seven scripts got an AI voiceover, the rest followed the slide style the audience already responded to.
For marketersIf a face keeps winning, the audience trusts that face. Give it a new message before you replace it.
- "Single after 45? That doesn't mean you failed. It means you know what you want."
- "I'm done wasting time. I'm looking for a real partner."
- "Dating apps today feel exhausting. Swiping. Ghosting. Empty chats."
- "Your life has changed. Your dating app should too."

Ten ads inside strict rules.
Dreambound helps people find training for jobs in health care: medical billing, phlebotomy, medical assistant. The brief was strict. Grab attention in the first seconds, sell one specific program, and never promise a job or name a school. I used their creator footage, site recordings and AI voiceover to build talking heads, a podcast-style ad and a phlebotomist POV for TikTok, Meta and Snapchat.
From the client"Looks great!"
- "You don't need college."
- "I work in health care, but I've never touched a patient, and I make money from home."
- "No experience? No problem."
- "Wanna know a secret about the medical field? It's easier to get into than you think."

Three habits, one gut.
TiPaw makes supplement chews for dogs and had creator videos from across Europe: dogs rolling in grass, licking paws, scratching. On their own those clips were cute and forgettable. I turned them into longer story ads around one question: what do these three behaviors have to do with your dog's gut? The answer comes with an AI look inside the gut, and only then the chew.
- "Discover the connection between these 3 dog behaviors and their gut health"
- Each behavior shown with real creator footage
- "Here's what most dog parents don't realize"
- AI b-roll of the gut: "it triggers inflammation throughout their entire body"
- The chew as the fix for the gut balance

Red flags first, the jar later.
A US gut health brand had creator testimonials and product shots, all of them opening on the jar. I rebuilt them around things people feel but don't talk about: bloating after every meal, avoiding plans, the full feeling that never goes away. Then an AI look inside the body explains why, and only then the product. About 20 edits a month, with 8 AI b-roll clips made for the scripts.
For marketersIn a category full of "clean ingredients" claims, a list of symptoms stops the scroll faster than a list of benefits.
- Red flags, symptoms people recognize in themselves
- Gut and brain, a science fact with an AI visual
- Week by week, progress told by a creator
- A gift story, the product as something you share

Hooks wear out first
A new opening line brings old footage back to life faster than any new shoot, in every one of these five categories.
Keep the winning faces
Creators the audience already trusts carry a new message further.
Rules make better hooks
When you can't promise results, you write lines about the person, and they work.
Send me your folder. Get new ads back.
For brands that have run ads for a while and have footage sitting unused. I start with 10 re-edited ads in five business days, then we test and scale what works.
